Despite facing limitations and challenges in some aspects of life, persons with disabilities do have considerable working capabilities and are competent to discharge a wide range of duties. Given suitable opportunities, just like everybody else, they can also contribute to society and integrate fully into the community.

Over the years, ongoing efforts have been made by the Government and non-government organisations to provide a wide range of employment and vocational training services for persons with disabilities, so as to equip them with job skills that meet market requirements and to assist them in securing suitable employment commensurate with their abilities.

This website aims at providing a one-stop, user-friendly information platform that consolidates the relevant resources or services currently available in Hong Kong for job seekers with disabilities, employers from different sectors and all other interested parties in society.
